- As part of the People@AXA HR transformation program and to address the evolving needs of dynamic workforce planning, we are launching a project to redesign workforce processes across the AXA Group.

- Project Management: Lead and coordinate workforce planning initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, effective resource allocation, and achievement of objectives.
- Market and Internal Studies: Conduct research and analysis to inform workforce strategies.
- Scenario Development: Collaborate with dedicated teams to explore and develop potential future workforce scenarios.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership and HR teams to gather insights and ensure alignment.
- Reporting and Presentation: Prepare comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings, strategies, and project progress to stakeholders.
- Tooling Exploration: Evaluate and define requirements for tools and systems to support workforce planning activities.
YOUR PROFILE
Who We're Looking For :
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
- Effective communication skills with a proven ability to deliver insights.
- Ability to influence others and strong collaboration skills.
- High level of initiative and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
- HR experience is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
