At AXA Group Operations, we want to be recognized in three fields of action:
Where will you be in the organization?
You will be working in the Microsoft 365 product line within the Global Workplace Product department serving all entities of the AXA group, which includes different products and technologies such as Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Global AD, Entra ID, Threat Protection, User Provisioning, Collaboration Products and Telephony, Backup and Mass Restore.
Key figures: Global tenant hosting 370 AXA legal entities and 250K users. Global team of 50 internal and external collaborators. The Microsoft 365 product line has a full accountability of the product throughout the entire lifecycle, including strategy definition of the product, user needs and market trend analysis, marketing, communication, brand management, finance, P&L, build, transition, operations, support, continual improvement, and decommissioning.
The Microsoft 365 Backup and Mass Restore Subject Matter Expert will execute the product owner vision following the design expert recommendations and low-level designs and execute the deployment and maintenance of the global product across the whole AXA group.
This is a key role within the Microsoft 365 product line and this is an outstanding opportunity for an accomplished engineer to join a market leading organization and a large and stimulating technical environment.

Main missions
Your responsibilities include:
- Onboarding of entities.
- Organization of Disaster Recovery and Mass Restoration.
- Operational maintenance and monitoring.
- Security maintenance.
- Troubleshooting of technical issues.
- Escalation point of service provider managing the BAU.
- Implementation of new feature in link with Product Owner and Design Expert recommendations.
- Change management.
- Knowledge shift to service provider.
Expected skills & experience
Technical skills
- Knowledge and experience with administration of Microsoft 365 environment, having worked on Microsoft 365 technologies 4-5 years.
- Experience with backup/restore principles and technologies 2-3 years.
- Experience with Commvault Cloud (Metallic) platform 2-3 years.
- Maintains a solid working knowledge of Information Security principles and practices.
- Broad knowledge of information systems including Windows security, network security, cloud security, systems development, communication networks, security software/hardware and operating systems other than Windows.
- Powershell
Soft skills / transversal skills
- Willing to work in strong team environment, constantly teaching and learning from other team members.
- Ability to foster working relationships with the team, IT Management and Client departments.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to the business users in the context of business requirements.
- Ability to communicate vision on a technical scope and drive small team.
- High level of English
