As part of our growing team in France, we are looking for a skilled and experienced Tech Leader to drive technical excellence, lead development teams, and ensure the successful delivery of our software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of software solutions using HxGN technologies, including M.App Enterprise, Luciad RIA, and GeoMedia.
- Architect scalable and efficient systems using languages such as C#, Java, JavaScript, SQL, and XML, and frameworks like ASP.NET/Core and Entity Framework.
- Ensure high-quality code standards and mentor development teams in best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate client-specific architectures, including SOMEI ecosystems (GIS and Customer Management) and Maximo CMMS.
- Quickly understand and adapt to the specific data models, ecosystems, and business requirements of each client.
- Develop and configure solutions tailored to the water and sanitation sector, as well as agricultural aid systems, including synchronization batches, FTP processes, and internal server workflows.
- Optimize database performance for Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and PostgreSQL, leveraging tools such as Oracle SQL Developer, SQL Server Management Studio, and pgAdmin.
- Actively participate in pre-sales activities, including reading and responding to specifications, defining system architectures, and estimating technical tasks.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs, present solutions, and deliver consulting assignments.
- Provide technical expertise during presentations and demonstrations, ensuring clarity and alignment with client requirements.
- Coordinate with development teams to schedule and manage technical tasks, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
- Foster collaboration between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration of solutions into client ecosystems.

Education / Qualifications
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in HxGN technologies: M.App Enterprise, Luciad RIA, and GeoMedia.
- Strong programming skills in C#, Java, JavaScript, SQL, XML, HTML, and CSS.
- Expertise in frameworks and libraries such as ASP.NET/Core, Entity Framework, and JQuery.
- Experience with database management systems: Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL.
- Deep understanding of the water and sanitation sector and agricultural aid systems.
- Ability to quickly grasp client-specific data models, solutions, and architectures.
- Familiarity with integration of GIS, CMMS, and customer management systems.
- Proven ability to respond to technical specifications, define system architecture, and estimate project costs.
- Strong presentation and communication skills in English and French.
- Experience in consulting assignments and summarizing client needs.
- Proficiency in development tools such as Visual Studio, Eclipse, Oracle SQL Developer, SQL Server Management Studio, and pgAdmin.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Tech Leader or similar role at a software publisher.
- Knowledge of SOMEI ecosystems and Maximo CMMS integration.
- Experience with highly complex specifications and synchronization processes.
