Position Overview
As a Field Application Engineer Intern in the Customer Support team, you are the customer's privileged point of contact for all aspects related to the deployment of our "Spatial Intelligence Platform" solutions intended for managers of public places (Airports, etc.)
Responsibilities
Help with installation at customer site.
Diagnose, investigate and manage customer feedback on the use of our products.
Write detailed application notes.
Be able to reproduce and qualify customer bugs.
Bring back to the technical, product and marketing teams the reality of the customer journey in order to improve the Outsight solution and the way it is deployed.
Be able to use internal tools to process raw data and demonstrate our capabilities on different use cases.
Prepare on-site demo for customers
Requirements for the role
Master degree student from an Engineering School or University equivalent.
Knowledge in robotics and 3D are a plus.
Fluency in English is required (EMEA covered area).
