What will you contribute?

Join the Performance Team as an Expert Software Engineer and actively contribute to the evolution and modernization of our software stack. You will help improve the performance, resilience, and maintainability of our critical services, while supporting the migration to more modern technologies.

Responsibilities & Deliverables:

• Performance Analysis and Optimization: Identify bottlenecks (CPU, memory, database) and propose solutions to improve the overall performance of services.
• Resilience and Robustness: Contribute to enhancing fault tolerance and the reliability of software components.
• Software Modernization: Participate in the redesign of existing modules with a focus on simplification, maintainability, and alignment with current best practices.
• Technology Migration: Support the transition to new technical stacks (frameworks, libraries, build tools, etc...).
• Algorithm Development: Design and implement efficient and robust algorithms in C++ and/or C# according to project needs.

• Programming Languages: C++ (C++17, C++20), C#
• Tools: Visual Studio 2022, Visual Studio Code, GitHub (source control)
• Platform: Windows-based desktop application

Experience & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of professional software development experience
• Expert-level proficiency in C/C++
• Proficient in C#
• Proven ability to solve complex technical challenges
• Experience in desktop application development

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with GitHub
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• PowerShell scripting knowledge
• Advanced usage of SQL (Oracle)
• Hands-on experience with asynchronous and multi-threaded processing of large-scale datasets
• Some experience with MFC
• Interest in generative AI technologies
