Join a key role in shaping tomorrow's automated metro systems.

As Software Integration Engineer in the Automatic Train Control department (about 60 team members) within Digital & Integrated System France, you will contribute to the deployment of cutting-edge CBTC technologies in high-impact urban transport projects.

Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive DevOps expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside innovative, collaborative, and forward-thinking teammates.You'll own the entire DevOps lifecycle of our products, ensuring smooth code integration with CI/CD, optimizing release management processes, and automating and managing deployment environments and much more.

You'll specifically take care of creating a well-informed cloud strategy and managing the adaption process, but also provide technical support and guidance to our users.We'll look to you for:
    • Ensuring smooth code integration with CI/CD pipelines
    • Optimizing release management and automating deployment environments
    • Creating and managing a cloud strategy (Azure and on-premise)Standardizing the software development release management process
    • Troubleshooting and providing technical support and guidanceWriting and maintaining technical documentation
    • Guiding users on best practices for container-based applications

You will also play a key role in introducing and establishing CI/CD practices, contributing to the modernization and continuous improvement of the software development lifecycle."

PROFILE

  • Education & Experience: Master's degree in engineering (generalist, software) with 1-3 years of experience in CI/CD automation.

  • Technical Skills
    • Proficiency with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
    • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
    • Scripting and automation (e.g., Bash, Python, Groovy)
    • Containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
    • Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
    • Monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
    • Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologie
  • Softs Skills
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
    • Ability to work in cross-functional teams
    • Proactive mindset and a drive for continuous improvement
    • Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment
