Job Description

As part of the Financial Production Crew, you will be a referent for all activities related to SAP reporting product:

1. Organize the "Build" and "Run" of SAP reporting

• Manage the BW HANA environment, at both infrastructure and application levels:
  • SAP HANA,
  • SAP BW
  • Analysis for Office
• Be an advisor for Finance department
• Contribute to the evolutions roadmap, to meet Finance strategy and requirements
• Monitor and implement the roadmap and deliverables
• Provide insight to build SAP Reporting budgets (OPEX and CAPEX)
• Manage the Business as Usual for SAP Reporting, maintaining a high quality of service, but also trying to optimize and challenge when relevant
• Ensure coordination to support projects, BAU, business changes and innovation
• Support major Group projects impacting SAP environments (e.g., IFRS17)
• Constantly look forward to bringing value to SCOR finance processes (quick wins, innovation, enhancements) to better serve Finance customers
• Monitor licenses compliance and versions compatibility of the whole SAP Reporting scope

1. Build and maintain a trustful relationship with all stakeholders to be involved

• Actively support transformation initiatives of SCOR IT (e.g., DevOps, agility)
• Support the relationship with SCOR stakeholders (IT, Finance and Business)
• Be customer oriented with a strong reliability on deadlines and ensure this mindset is spread within the HANA reporting squad

1. Lead Enterprise Risk Management on BW Hana environment

• Support all audits in your area and potential certification projects that may be asked in the coming years

Responsibilities

As a technico-functional referent of the HANA reporting squad, you contribute to the reporting based on all SAP solutions:

• Help define, monitor and implement the roadmap and ensure delivery for Reporting on SAP ("Build"), in alignment with Finance business requirements and strategy
• Manage the Business as Usual, ensuring relevancy and continuous delivery for Reporting on SAP, evolutions and user support with a high quality of service ("Run")
• Support continuous improvement and development of the BW environment around a consistent and fully integrated business / technology roadmap
• Ensure rigorous Project Management, build a collaboration and trustful atmosphere with all stakeholders in a challenging context

Qualifications

Required experience & competencies

• 10+ years as BW HANA technico functional expert, with project leading abilities
• Full proficiency in English and French (written and spoken)

Required Education

• Master's degree in Business, Finance or Engineer profile or equivalent experience
