Position Overview:
A SAP solution owner will be responsible for overseeing and bringing his /her SAP expertise on the entire lifecycle of SAP solutions, from design to deployment to maintenance. He or she will work on our Global Finance ERP solution, SAP public cloud S4Hana, on designing/maintain our core model and deploying it in more than 30 countries. He/she will work closely with the business stakeholders, the global process owners (GPOs), the SAP consultants & integrators, to ensure that the SAP solutions meet the business needs and expectations and design SAP S/4 Team SAP.
Mission & Responsibilities:
- Audit of project progress: He/she should monitor the status of the project activities, deliverables, and milestones. He/she should also identify any issues, risks, or gaps that might affect the project quality, scope, or timeline. He/she should communicate with the stakeholders and propose solutions or corrective actions to address the problems. He/she should also document the project progress and report it to the management.
- Review all BPD and SAP configuration documentation: He/she should ensure that the business process design (BPD) and the SAP configuration documentation are complete, accurate, and consistent. He/she should also verify that the SAP configuration meets the business requirements and follows the best practices. He/she should also review the test cases and scenarios to ensure that they cover all the functionalities and scenarios.
- Scope and Deliverables tracking: He/she should define and document the project scope and deliverables in a clear and concise manner. He/she should also track the progress of the deliverables and ensure that they are delivered on time. He/she should also manage any changes or deviations from the original scope and deliverables and obtain approval from the stakeholders.
- Articulation of business cost: He/she should identify and quantify the benefits and value of any topic proposed in the design authority validation for the business.
- Support open items and risk log maintenance: He/she should maintain a list of open items and risks that need to be resolved or mitigated. He/she should also prioritize them based on their impact and urgency. He/she should also assign owners and deadlines for each item or risk and follow up with them regularly. You should also update the status of each item or risk and escalate them if necessary.
- Articulation of technical value: He/she should demonstrate and communicate the technical value of the SAP solution to the clients and stakeholders. He/she should also explain how the SAP solution aligns with the business goals and objectives. He/she should also highlight the features, functionalities, and advantages of the SAP solution over other alternatives.
- Run jointly with GPOs - a functional workshop with Pluxee only GPOs: He/she should collaborate with the global process owners (GPOs) and Pluxee ERP (a cloud-based platform for SAP solutions) to conduct a functional workshop. The purpose of this workshop is to ensure full coherence of all processes configured in SAP. He/she should also use this workshop to challenge Integrators in their second step of implementation.
- Support GPOs on pre-validation of validation team meetings: He/she should assist the GPOs in preparing for the validation team meetings. These meetings are where the validation team (a group of experts who verify the quality and compliance of the SAP solution) reviews and approves the SAP solution. He/she should help the GPOs to present their processes, configurations, test results, etc., to the validation team.
- Collaboration with SAP SAP S/4 Team: He/She should collaborate with the Head of SAP S/4 Team on the design, scope, and document the processes to establish an efficient SAP S/4 Team and support the Run activities if needed. The SAP S/4 Team is a unit that will oversee all SAP configurations for Run and Build activities, implement the SAP releases, will be responsible for the quality of SAP environments. The SAP S/4 Team will also provide support, guidance, governance, and best practices for SAP solutions for Finance across an organization.
- Create prototype whenever possible: He/She should be ready to get involved in hands-on tasks such as creating prototypes or proofs of concept to demonstrate or test your ideas or solutions. For example, he/she might need to create a prototype to show that a certain requirement or functionality is possible or practical to implement in SAP.

You`re match
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Good knowledge in Finance & Accounting principles.
- Certification or hands on experience in SAP modules such as FI, CO, AA. Have a strong knowledge of SAP systems, tools, and best practices.
- Business analysis skills in order to cash, Purchase to pay and record to report.
- Proven experience (7+ years) in SAP international Projects, ideally interacting with or being part of a support organization. Good knowledge of project management methodologies and ITSM tools (JIRA, Service Now).
- Analytical mindset. Excellent reporting and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
- Motivation to expand knowledge across the full spectrum of Pluxee processes (not only SAP)
