What you'll achieve

As the AGILE LEAD, you will be in charge of creating and nurturing an agile culture within multiple development teams at our R&D site of Bordeaux (80 people) and through collaboration within the community of agile site leads at other sites across Europe and India. You will also be a key actor in fostering a global agile mindset throughout the entire organization (600+ people).

You will:

• Support multiple development teams using agile methodologies to ensure efficient and high-quality project delivery
• Provide continuous coaching and training to development teams to enhance their agile skills and understanding of agile values and principles
• Closely collaborate with agile leads at other sites in Trier (Germany), Vienna (Austria), Chennai (India), Ghent (Belgium), Casablanca (Morocco), and Paris (France) to share insights, initiatives & best practices
• Identify and implement continuous improvements to increase team well-being, efficiency and productivity and eventually customer satisfaction
• Organize and facilitate agile meetings such as daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives, and sprint planning
• Identify and remove obstacles that may hinder the progress of development teams
• Ensure clear and effective communication between development teams, stakeholders, and other R&D sites

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience as a developer and Scrum Master
• Agile coaching skills and the ability to train and mentor development teams.
• Rich agile culture
• Ability to communicate with international colleagues
• Leadership and the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Results-oriented and pragmatic mindset

Desirable Requirements

• Team spirit, open mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively with people from different cultural backgrounds
