Nos centres de livraison offrent à nos clients des compétences et une expertise technique locales pour stimuler l'innovation et l'adoption de nouvelles technologies. In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Your role and responsibilities
Vous avez acquis une expérience solide dans le domaine des technologies JAVA/J2EE comme analyste-développeur puis vous avez décidé de devenir - ou souhaitez devenir - un référent technique sur cette technologie.
Nous sommes à la recherche de leaders motivés et talentueux pour rejoindre nos capacités techniques au service de projets innovants et contribuer à une structure inédite.

- D'être force de proposition et d'accompagner les développeurs dans les équipes
- Participer à une guilde de tech leads
- De réaliser des conceptions techniques
- De développer des applications et être en support aux équipes
- Intégrer et déployer les applications (principes SOLID, CI/CD, GitLab)
- Réaliser les tests d'intégration et recettes des applications développées
- D'être un support technique et managérial
Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
- Vous disposez d'une expérience solide d'au moins 5 ans sur les solutions JAVA/J2EE.
- Vous avez une connaissance en Cloud, DevOps, Architecture, Tests Unitaires.
- Vous disposez d'un bon relationnel, ètes à l'aise en communication et avez une bonne capacité rédactionnelle.
- Vous ètes reconnu pour votre leadership au sein des équipes.
- Vous parlez et écrivez couramment français. Vous ètes à l'aise avec l'anglais (lu et écrit).
Preferred technical and professional experience
- Expérience en gestion de projet et/ou gestion d'équipe
