We are now seeking an experienced an Application & Market Development Manager for our Water Solutions team in EMEA.

As part of our Application & Market Development team you will provide advanced product and application expertise to our Urban and Industrial customers. The strategic objectives of the unit are to develop new applications and solutions to differentiate Kemira from its competitors and to grow the business portfolio. It holds responsibility for Application and Market Development providing technical application support for existing and new products. Provide technical knowhow for existing and new products, identification of new development needs. Develop and execute go to market strategy for new offerings and applications

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing technical support for new products and applications commercialization with a focus on micropollutants & PFAS removal based on activated carbon as well as other adsorbents or other adjacent removal technologies.
• Leading commercialization of new technologies in collaboration with the commercial team.
• Creating Go To Market strategy and execution
• Collaborating with Research & Innovation team to pilot new technologies and scale up.

What you'll bring to the team:

• B.S. Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or other relevant technical discipline.
• A minimum of 10 years of expertise in Urban and Industrial water treatment.
• Advanced technical expertise in micropollutants removal activated carbon
• Proven track record of solving complex technical problems.
• Ability to travel 40-60%
