We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Tech Lead to join our Salesforce Center of Excellence team. This role is pivotal in implementing advanced and customized features within Salesforce, particularly focusing on the Field Service module. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a proven track record of developing complex business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of advanced Salesforce Field Service solutions tailored to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, architects, business analysts, and developers, to define the technical strategy and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Analyze business needs and translate them into technical solution, ensuring that implements are generic, scalable, maintainable, and user-friendly.
- Implement and customize Salesforce modules using declarative tools (e.g., flows, validation rules, permissions, reports) and programmatic tools (e.g., Apex, Visualforce).
- Manage the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers to uphold best practices in coding and design.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, acquisitions and releases to leverage new capabilities for enhanced functionality.
- Implement test automation to improve quality assurance
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) by providing necessary documentation and support to end-users.
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and Design Authority governance policies throughout the development process.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, with at least 2 years focused on Field Service solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce technologies including Salesforce Platform Developer certification, Field Service, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Apex programming.
- Experience working in an Agile environment with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Experience with Copado / GIT and ability to use version control as part of the development team experience with Jira is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple requests and internal clients.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages (French or Dutch) is a plus.
- Possess strong ethics, interpersonal skills, and engage in continuous learning.
