The VP Go-to-Market & Tech Perf supports the regions and brands in delivering the best tech services to Accor properties, by driving the strategic deployment of technology solutions and ensuring high customer satisfaction through seamless and efficient processes between central departments and regions.
This role is key in facilitating the relationship and efficient collaboration between central product departments, and tech teams in the regions and the brands.
It ensures that proper materials are provided to field teams, and rollouts are prioritized based on business value and team capacity, with a focus on monitoring progress and hotel satisfaction.
The mission of the central coordination team is to create and continuously maintain the conditions of success for regions to efficiently roll out products and provide best tech services to our properties, and to monitor and measure success through business performance.
Business Performance, Governance & PMO: monitor and drive business performance of Hospitality Tech department across regions & brands and continuously improve processes:
Set up and manage continuous improvement of end-to-end processes across Hospitality Tech
Define and maintain the department scorecard (KPI, OKR), control invoicing of services, maintain central visibility on services subscribed by each property, control and improve the HT department P&L in coordination with Finance, follow up on internal and external audits
Go to market activation: secure successful and seamless product & services deployments in regions & brands, ensuring key success factors are activated (consolidated and prioritized roadmap based on capacity and value generated; and relevant & useful collaterals for teams on the field):
Demand management, prioritization and central roadmap
Building materials for various field teams or stakeholders: CTS (e.g. sales pitches), Roll-out teams (e.g., technical guide), Hotels GM/VPO (e.g., OVP), Hotel staff (e.g., trainings)
Defining training strategies for properties
Vendor & Sourcing: Support regions & brands in driving performance of vendors used regionally by providing framework (scorecards, consolidated view on long tail providers etc), to ensure quality of service provided by vendors
Hospitality Tech internal communication: support cascading of Hospitality Tech strategy and ensure team engagement in HT by managing efficient communication across regions and brands:
Support Global CIO in managing communication across regions and brands through relevant channels
Liaise with BD&T comms to create consistent messaging to be adapted for Hospitality Tech
Compliance: help improve the compliance rate of hotels to PCI DSS standard by assisting hotels for PCI compliance self-assessment worldwide and collecting certificates

Typical background:
- Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects involving transformation
- Experience in strategic planning and execution within a global organization
- Advanced degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in technology deployment and management, is a plus
Competencies:
- Ability to lead and supervise multiple teams, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
- Proficiency in managing complex projects to ensure timely and successful rollouts
- Expertise in developing and implementing plans that prioritize business value
- Strong skills in communication and organization
- Get things done mindset
- Fluent in English and French
