The Programs, Delivery & Support department plays an important role in enhancing the travel experience through consulting, collaboration, and knowledge delivery. This department is dedicated to ensuring that both internal teams and airline customers receive high-quality service and support. The team is composed of professionals in various fields, including service experience, service transition, improvement, knowledge management, process and platform transformation, and product change management. They work closely with other departments to implement interfacing and APIs, data analytics, and business intelligence solutions.
The technical writer engages with a range of stakeholders to determine the appropriate type of end-user documentation required for one or more airline products to ensure that customers can successfully use a product and its functionality to fulfill their business needs. The technical writer takes responsibility for the assigned documentation projects and designs, develops, and delivers the required deliverables, such as user guides, online help, knowledge articles, and onscreen text, on time and to the required quality. They may also be called upon to peer review a colleague's work or to provide guidance or mentoring.

Your Main Responsibilities
- Own user documentation for Airline products:
- Manage projects and prioritize activities
- Be an effective communicator and build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Be proactive for assigned products and actively build understanding and expertise in the product area
- Identify users' needs and design the best solution:
- Interact with internal stakeholders to understand the product learning requirements
- Analyze the audience to understand their learning needs according to their business objectives and expertise
- Determine the best method of content delivery
- Develop content in line with analysis findings:
- Work with R&D to provide input for onscreen text to facilitate product adoption
- Interpret detailed technical documentation into clear and concise user-focused language
- Create clear instructions or conceptual information that you'll deliver in an online help system, user guide, or other delivery output
- Publish and promote the solutions:
- Publish the content making sure it conforms with department standards and quality guidelines
- Use established communication channels to promote content to customers
- Continue to enhance the documentation as the product evolves
