As a Technical Lead in WSO2's Customer Success Team, you will ensure the efficient and effective implementation of technical support and consultancy services to WSO2 customers, enabling them to use our solutions for business success.

As a Technical Lead in WSO2's Customer Success Team, you will ensure the efficient and effective implementation of technical support and consultancy services to WSO2 customers, enabling them to use our solutions for business success.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver efficient solutions for WSO2 customers in France via on-site consultancy, training, technical meetings, technical calls, and support queries.
- Provide architectural and development leadership to meet customers' technological requirements.
- Assist customers in deploying and maintaining WSO2 products in their environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer-reported incidents, providing solutions and fixes.
- Cultivate customer success by fostering strong business relationships.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering with over 6 years of industry experience.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Development skills in Java.
- Experience in and knowledge of enterprise technologies, e.g., API Management, Enterprise Integration, Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- An effective communicator with an amiable personality and a passion for building business relationships.
- Experience in WSO2's solutions will be an added advantage.
- Authorization to work within the EU.
