Your role and responsibilities
Within our division specialized in the energy, environment, chemicals, pharmaceuticals and Oil & Gas markets, and reporting to the Division Manager, you will develop our market share on our digital and software solutions on the French market. The working model for this position is as follows: Linkedin #hybrid In this role, you will be responsible for developing our digital business. This position is available in the Paris, Marseille or Lyon area. You will be responsible for : - You will define the strategy and action plans for our digital and software solutions in collaboration with the two Sales Directors. - You will contribute to customer loyalty by supervising, with the help of a team of 4 people for whom you are responsible, the successful execution of digital projects at customer sites. - You will represent France as part of a multi-country Digital ABB team. - You will analyze market trends and our customers' needs in these areas. - You build the value proposition of our digital offer adapted to each business sector, for the attention of our sales teams. - You lead and train sales teams on our offerings to optimize their sales performance. - If necessary, you will accompany sales teams on certain strategic customer or prospect visits. - You may be called upon to help draft offers, in order to propose the best technical and economic solution. - You will keep a technology watch within ABB, in liaison with the global R&D teams, in order to keep abreast of future technical developments and to ensure that our solutions evolve technically in line with the needs expressed by the market. - Through your execution team, you will manage all requests for evolution and change during project execution. You'll be joining a high-performance team where you can flourish.

Qualifications for the role
- - You have a Master's degree - engineering school or equivalent
- - You must have solid experience in selling digital and software solutions in industry.
- - You have a good level of technical expertise in these solutions
- - You have initial experience in team management
- - You have a very good level of English (written and spoken).
- - Your analytical, teaching and communication skills (written and oral) will make all the difference.
