Context of this recruitment :
As a Business Technology CoE Leader you will lead the strategy and the development backlog of the CoE in relation with IT organization and business, to deliver the most adequate services to support the Nexans Group. You will have to maintain a consolidated picture of all the developed applications and will lead a community of associated developers to co-build the roadmap, identify new standards and maintain existing ones.
Your role will consist in developing applications of your domain, or delegate the management to other developers. You will lead all the changes requested and prioritized by the business or IT stakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep of functional and technical skills required for the sustainability of the applications under your responsibility.

Context of this recruitment :
- Creation of the new factory (Business technology CoE) grouping several activities : Power Platform, Sharepoint, and addition of prompt engineering and full stack capabilities
- As the Tech Lead of the Factory, you will be responsible for the setup of the organization, the technical direction of the CoE development team (2 internals & 4 externals). You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions to meet business needs

Your main responsibilities :
Strategy :
- Provide leadership IS vision and direction for the factory in relation with rest of the IT community and the business stakeholder.
- Define the Strategy and the roadmap in the factory to support the Business needs, in collaboration with her/his peers (application managers in the Areas).
- Lead the studies and selection of new solutions in the factory.
- Lead the implementation of the roadmap.
Design :
- Define an operating model to support the current portfolio and the development roadmap.
- Ensure compliance of application architectures with business needs & IS standards.
- Design and manage suppliers' contracts in accordance to Nexans internal rules (Purchasing, Finance, legal, etc.).
- Participate in defining the technical strategy of the Digital Factory and making decisions regarding technology choices.
Development & Delivery :
- Provide a leadership role in the overall supervision of activities of her/his scope.
- Manage the team and ensure his development.
- Support/Lead the IS strategic projects in his/her domain.
- Ensure the effective resolution of incidents and problems within his/her area.
- Guarantee the functioning and the coherence of components for her/his scope, and ensure that the group policies (norms, standards and security) are applied.
- Ensure that changes requested by Business are validated, prioritized and implemented.
- Define KPIs to monitor the performance and adoption of the applications.
- Manage daily relationship with external suppliers.
- Prepare budget and ensure adequate follow-up along the year to reach targets.
Continuous Improvement :
- Contribute to the improvement of services.
- Facilitate the transfer of know-how, experience and best practices within the team, the community and with his/her peers.
- Encourage innovation and continuous improvement within the team by fostering a collaborative working environment and encouraging initiative.
- Contribute to market watch and propose axes of evolutions of the existing solutions.
Knowledge Management :
- Ensure that all applications have appropriate and up-to-date documentation, stored in a secure and easily access way.
Your profile :
- Master's Degree in major engineering school or top-class University
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools, low code, including the Power Platform, SharePoint environments, architectures, and development techniques (full stack).
- Knowledge of prompt engineering on generative artificial intelligence models would be ideal
- Excellent leadership, project management, and intrapreneurship skills
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Project-oriented and able to make decisions taking into account the needs of the business
