Senior application developers at DMC will lead teams & grow engineers while architecting diverse applications for various client needs by focusing on two goals during the development process: develop modern, intuitive interfaces and build well-structured, maintainable code.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead development of large Cloud, Web, Mobile, and Desktop applications using technologies like C#, React, and SQL
• Architect and configure cloud infrastructure and deploy regular application updates using platforms like Azure or AWS
• Manage and mentor other engineers by providing support, technical guidance, constructive feedback, and career development coaching
• Lead technical execution for teams of all sizes, including defining application functionality, architecting and reviewing code, and ensuring consistent deployment
• Define requirements and estimate & propose new projects for clients based on evolving needs
• Set expectations on project requirements, budget, and schedule, through communication with other stakeholders
• Contribute to team development by establishing best practices, hiring candidates, and organizing team events

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field
• Minimum GPA of 3.4
• 5+ years of professional experience as a hands-on application developer or technical architect
• Expertise specifying, designing, and building large applications from the ground up
• Desire to add new skills and languages to an existing broad technical background
• Experience leading teams with a proven ability to technically manage and train developers
• Experience identifying and mitigating project risks of all flavors (technical, product, team health, etc.) and communicating with external stakeholders to manage tradeoffs in technical quality, scope, and schedule
• Ability to engage with existing and potential clients to support large sales efforts
• Technical certifications related to Software Engineering (especially Azure or AWS) strongly preferred

Compensation:
