Valeo Light is the world leader in automotive lighting. From the latest interior and exterior lighting innovations to cutting-edge wiper technologies, the Light division offers innovative, stylish visibility systems that improve safety and driving comfort.

Valeo's Bobigny site (93) is the Light Division's headquarters and employs 520 people in innovation, R&D and laboratory testing of lighting systems (headlamps, rear lamps, interior lighting, etc.).

We are recruiting an Electronics R&D Leader M/F, who will be responsible for managing a large-scale, innovative project to develop a headlamp driver.

Your challenges ?

• To guarantee compliance with the project's Quality / Cost / Deadline constraints and to be responsible for the deliverables for the Electronic field
• Manage the Development and Industrialisation teams on site and offshore (France, USA, India, China, etc.): define, prioritise and coordinate assigned tasks
• Interfacing with our customers on all project milestones
• Interfacing with suppliers on matters relating to new components to be integrated into the product
• Guarantee that developments comply with Valeo processes and standards
• Propose action plans or areas for improvement to optimise project completion conditions
• Liaise with the other Business Units involved in projects (Quality, Purchasing, Process, Safety)

What about you :

With a 5-year degree in electronics, you have at least 7 years' experience in hardware design and in managing embedded electronics projects within a major Group.

You are familiar with project management methods and have worked in an international environment.

Your leadership skills and your ability to understand the issues and strategies at stake will enable you to quickly become autonomous in this role.

Your English is fluent.
