The R&D (Research & Development) Business Analyst will review and challenge new requirements requested by our stakeholders for our product roadmap, covering areas such as specifications (for dry and wet goods), finished and semi-finished goods, artwork designs, versioning and defect management as well as S&R, quality and compliance reporting. The ideal candidate will have experience in working in an agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams (portfolio management, marketing, R&I, procurement, manufacturing, S&R, compliance) and ensuring alignment with business goals. A relevant experience in a global CPG company is a plus, preferably with a group PLM (Product Lifecycle Management system) or specifications tool exposure.
Your key missions:
The responsibilities encompass capturing Business/Tech stakeholders' needs and translating them into functional specifications to fuel a product backlog. Collecting insights to support decision-making is part of the role, aiding the Product Owner in defining, delivering, and monitoring product value.

- Product Catalog Management : You will participate in the addition, modification and removal of catalog items from my scope based on the approvals of the Product Owner and the Product and Service Catalog Manager
- Demand management & Backlog Management : you will perform detailed analysis to ensure understanding of business needs and convert them into detailed functional & non-functional specifications. You will convert business requirements into EPIC's, Features and User stories to fuel a product backlog. You will secure maintenance of requirements throughout product lifecycle, translating product backlog into functional and non-functional requirements at each phase
- Product lifecycle management : you will collaborate with development team to ensure proposed technical solutions for the Products are addressing business needs. You will contribute to functional and non-functional testing, assist Product Owner in defining and monitoring product value. You will build documentation on processes & results to ease understanding of stakeholders & decision-making on value. Support documentation creation for final users. You will prepare roll-out plan in coordination with proximity teams
- Incident management : you will contribute to L2/L3 support, identify & implement incident resolution
