We are looking for a Team Leader software development H/F

Main tasks and responsabilities :

Within a human-sized Scrum team, you are the team leader of the software division that develops our HelloDoc software, a leader in the computerization of medical practic

• Technical and supervisory leadership of the team

• Team staffing
• Leading and supporting team members in a professional manner
• Achieving at least a score of 8 in the maturity assessment according to our CPDLM
• Setting of target goals for team members and monitoring the fulfillment of these goals
• Ensuring that team members fulfill all professional and performance-related requirements
• Managing 3rd level customer tickets provided by the support staff
• The Team Leader may also have the Agile Master role and responsibilities

Your profil and skills :

You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role with confirmed experience in a SCRUM environment and software development. You have excellent interpersonal skills and leadership abilities that allow you to inspire your team and help them progress.

Additionally:

• Knowledge of: C#.NET, C++, SQL, ASP.NET, JavaScript, CSS, HTML
• Strong technical, analytical, and development skills
• Perfect command of standard office tools (Mail, Internet, Excel, Word, Visio, etc.)
• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
