The Role

Position Overview:As the Topic Leader for Offensive Security specializing in Mobile Apps & Phones, you will spearhead our efforts to secure mobile technology by identifying vulnerabilities, establishing industry-leading standards, and enhancing our offensive security practices. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our global team in this domain, shaping the strategies and leading the innovations that protect our clients against sophisticated threats.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain security standards and procedures specifically for mobile applications and phone security.
  • Conduct ongoing research to discover new vulnerabilities within mobile technologies.
  • Represent Kyndryl at industry conferences, presenting findings and promoting our leadership in mobile security.
  • Design and deliver training programs for the internal offensive security team, enhancing their capabilities in mobile security.
  • Provide expert consultation on complex security attacks to all team members within the offensive security department.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment of security practices and standards.

Who You Are

Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in offensive security with a specific focus on mobile applications and phone systems.
  • Certifications: Must have CISSP, OSCP, OSEP, OSED; OSCE3 preferred.
  • Ability to articulate complex security concepts at conferences and workshops.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional global teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and resolve security vulnerabilities in mobile platforms.
  • Experience in creating educational content and training sessions for technical teams.
