As a Mid-Level QA Analyst at ScorePlay, you'll be the guardian of product quality - ensuring our platform remains robust, scalable, and reliable while powering thousands of media assets across web, mobile, and API interfaces. You'll work closely with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to ship high-quality releases and continuously raise the bar for QA processes in a fast-paced, international startup environment.

Description
As a Mid-Level QA Analyst at ScorePlay, you'll be the guardian of product quality - ensuring our platform remains robust, scalable, and reliable while powering thousands of media assets across web, mobile, and API interfaces. You'll work closely with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to ship high-quality releases and continuously raise the bar for QA processes in a fast-paced, international startup environment.
This role is hands-on, detail-driven, and critical to delivering the best possible experience to our global sports partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to review requirements, user stories, and technical specs, ensuring they are testable and complete
- Design, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans and cases for web, mobile, and API applications
- Perform functional, regression, integration, exploratory, and usability testing across platforms
- Write and maintain automated test suites using frameworks such as Selenium Cypress, Playwright, or Appium
- Log, track, and validate bug fixes in Linear
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements in QA workflows
- Ensure high-quality, on-time releases across distributed infrastructure handling multimedia and AI-driven workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in QA or Software Testing
- Strong grasp of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile principles
- Experienced with test management and bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail)
- Proficient in manual testing across web, mobile, and APIs
- Familiarity with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium)
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering top-tier product quality
