1. Scope
The Supplier Quality Engineer is STELLANTIS representative for suppliers' plants. she / he is responsible for the supplier industrial performance in mass production and supplier readiness during launch phases.

2. Activity & main deliverables
• Perform Stellantis Quality plant assessment on new suppliers' plant (New Supplier Assessment)
• Support Commodity Quality Champion during supplier selection by providing supplier plant industrial performance for current suppliers
• Manage the industrialization of parts during development phase and ensure the consistency of suppliers requested deliverables
• Contribute to Qualification of Product and Process for parts or suppliers flagged with high risk
• Measure the production capacity installed by suppliers according to contract
• Accountable for Supplier readiness at launch
• Accountable for industrial performances of suppliers' sites and manage continuous improvement in mass production
• Contribute to lessons learned and read across

Profil

Required knowledge:
• English language proficiency (C1 level)
• Education level: Engineer from an accredited university
• Technical Experience: 3/5 years, preferably in quality, manufacturing

Skills:
• Quality methods and toolbox operational practice
• Process knowledge: project/program management, industrialization processes for the concerned technical scope, supply chain
• Supplier relationship experience
• Managerial or behavioural skills
• Leadership, results oriented, Able to represent Stellantis in front of Supplier plant director
