About the LHG Digital Lab
Lufthansa has been the biggest customer for Amadeus Digital for years. Since 2019, we started to onboard other airlines of the group (Swiss Air, Austrian Airlines, and Brussels Airlines) with the main aim of creating a common platform for the overall group while maintaining the identity of each airline. This led to the launch of LHG's new .com website, oneBooking, in 2023, a UI based on the DES stack (RefX, Digital Commerce).
As a leading airline group, LHG focuses on innovation and aims to pave the way for new user experiences. LHG has structured its digital area into a single entity called the Digital Hangar, composed of Value Streams and Safe Agile Release Trains. The Lab members are directly part of LHG's ARTs, in scrum teams composed of both LHG and Amadeus staff. We gather regularly in Frankfurt for LHG's PI events.
The LHG Digital Lab is composed of 70+ people split over 3 locations: Nice, Bad Homburg, and Istanbul.
About the Team You Will Join
Our team builds custom UI and solutions for our customer, Lufthansa Group. Currently, the LHG Digital Lab in Nice is composed of ~30 people, split into 2 teams. The team you'll be joining includes several job profiles: Software Engineer, QA Engineer, Customer Success Engineer.
About the Role / Main Activities
You will work in a full Agile (SAFe) environment in direct contact with the customer. We are looking for a QA engineer who will test our UI product. Our test campaigns include a mix of manual tests and automated tests (using the Playwright framework); therefore, some experience in test automation and automation skills are a must.

- Organize functional validation and verification processes with the development team
- Develop and execute test strategies and plans
- Write and maintain test scripts following established guidelines
- Perform functional and integration testing based on test plans
- Automate tests for validation and non-regression purposes
- Assist customers during the acceptance phase and follow up on production
Experience
A successful experience in software quality assurance is mandatory.

- Product validation and verification experience
- Functional knowledge around travel management applications
Technical Skills/Tooling Knowledge
- Automation frameworks: Selenium, Playwright
