Your role is to provide constructive feedback on our choices: we aim for continuous improvement and excellence.

Key Accountabilities of the Ideal Candidate
You will work in a full Agile (SAFe) environment in close contact with the client.
QA Engineer Responsibilities:
- Develop functional expertise on team features and organize the validation and verification process.
- Set up test environments and develop comprehensive test strategies and plans.
- Write and automate test scripts following established guidelines and methodologies.
- Oversee integration testing, manage defects, and ensure non-regression.
- Assist customers during the acceptance phase and provide ongoing production follow-up.
- Collaborate closely with clients in an Agile (SAFe) environment to ensure quality delivery.
Experience:
- Proven experience in software quality assurance.
Functional Skills:
- Experience in product validation and verification.
- Functional knowledge of travel management applications.
Technical Skills/Tooling Knowledge:
- Proficiency in automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Protractor/Playwright).
- Familiarity with the Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence).
- Knowledge of TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
- Optional: Familiarity with Playwright, JavaScript.
Soft Skills:
- Rigorous, committed, and responsible with a strong focus on quality.
- Excellent team spirit and ability to build stable working relationships.
- Open to feedback and effective in problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cooperatively to achieve team goals.
- Agile mindset with experience in Scrum teams and Agile Release Trains (ART).
- Commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and promoting diversity and inclusion.
