We are looking for highly motivated Business Analyst in Testing, with experience in Capital Market industry (either Front, Middle or Back-office experience) as analyst or technical support team. Upskills offers you the opportunity to work on unique projects and join our team in Paris, France.

You will be working with a team of consultants and experienced users delivering software components as part of the implementation, upgrade, or migration of a financial platform. You will work very closely with Financial platform SMEs with the following tasks:

• Reviewing requirements, specifications, and technical design documents
• Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Working with multiple teams in order to develop the core foundation for automation tools
• Designing, developing, and executing automation and manual scripts
• Designing, developing, and executing performance tests
• Identifying, tracking, and resolving bugs
• Improving quality assurance metrics

Requirements

• Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Financial Engineering or relevant discipline
• Experience in Capital Market industry and knowledge in Software Quality and Testing
• Experience on Test on Murex (MX.3 or MXG.2000) or competitive software packages is a plus
• With the following technical knowledge: Java programming (required), Apache Camel (nice to have),
• Hands-on experience with SQL, XML and XSL.
• Experience in developing concise and comprehensive test plans and cases
• Experience in automation testing is a big plus
• A flexible team player respecting each other as unique individual
• With brilliant interpersonal skills, excellent communication, strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• With a voracious hunger to learn and a growth mindset
• Having a mindset to challenge the status quo and willing to stretch self where needed
