Main role

• Drive content management and support the upgrade of the overall in-development project portfolio, pushing for quality improvements
• Oversee a team of industry veterans with expertise across various fields (e.g. Narrative, Art) and to support in-development projects and drive capability building within the company
• Promote more innovation and ideation across Tencent Games Global portfolio

Key responsibilities

• Lead the content and quality team including setting overall goals, objectives and priorities
• Manage deployment/allocation of expert team and consultants to help our portfolio studios solve content and quality-related development problems

• Set up necessary processes, frameworks, benchmarks, that help drive content and quality upgrades and editorial management

• Support the company with knowledge and capability building, and help promote more ideation across portfolio companies

• Work closely with production and cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality and innovative game experiences

Requirements:

• 15+ years of professional experience in videogames industry
• Game development background in PC/Console, global/western markets; AAA title experience a plus
• Has shipped multiple games
• Experience leading development or central support teams
• Great interpersonal skills and ability to navigate complex, cross-cultural work environments
