You will directly report to the Product Owner Director - Customer Experience.

How will you shape our tomorrow
  • You will support the Product Managers (Voice of the Business) by taking high level requirements (epic) and decomposing them into User Stories that can be developed and tested within a sprint.
  • You will leverage a good understanding of technical aspects to guide the product managers in what is possible.

Your main missions:

Backlog management

  • Ability to formalize user stories (requirements) in a user approach,

  • Ability to deep dive user stories to understand all the impacts,

  • Ability to understand & formalize business process & IT process into one deliverable,

  • Responsible of user stories stock that are ready for development (DOR : definition of ready).

Knowledge of the current system capabilities

  • Ability propose solution to deliver features with minimum development,

  • Ability to assess complexity of development during refinement of user story,

  • Ability to translate a vision into specific deliverables.

Refinement

Ensure backlog remain a tool and not a burden

  • Refine continuously backlog, user stories (impacts),

  • Prioritizing the stories with Product Manager,

  • Organizing the stories, splitting epics into user stories, and ensuring a complete description of the solution.

Expertise in the Business domain

Understand & know business domain

  • Ability to share the understanding of the business domain impacted,

  • Identify who are the stakeholder impacted and involved in the effort,

  • Ability to know the policies and rules that guide business behaviors,

  • Critical thinking to challenge process / rules / policy,

  • Ability to understand UX/UI front guidelines.

The experience you bring

You have at least 8 years of experience as a Product Owner of an Agile feature team, in a multinational project with several Agile teams working mainly on remote, an experience in e-commerce but not necessarily in B2B,

You have a strong business knowledge (policy, rules),

You are detail oriented, supportive and have a critical thinking,

You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Work Mode & Location

- Hybrid: 3 days in Paris (8ème)
