We're looking for a Senior Crum Master / Agile Coach Product Lead to help develop innovation in Own Exclusive Brand (OEB) to be more agile in new product development and be more impactful on performance.

What's the job?

The Senior Scrum Master is a servant leader, whose primary purpose is to coach the Product teams to be self organising and deliver their commitments via a Lean-Agile mindset and a set of principles and practices. Alongside the Product Owner and Engineering Lead, the Scrum Master would normally lead 1-2 teams to develop self organising practices and then transition to a coaching stance with those teams, as they focus on new teams being onboarded to Agile ways of working.

Core Skills:
  • Form and reinforce the team rules and practices within an Agile team following in accordance with local context and agile methods.
  • Introduce appropriate Scrum / Kanban frameworks and ceremonies.
  • Facilitate the team's progress towards self organisation.
  • Helps the team understand key metrics such as Cycle Time and Throughput, so that can see the effect of impediments and improvements
  • Builds high-performing teams, by focusing on the team dynamics and performance
    and helping the team resolve internal conflicts.
  • Drives relentless improvement, by helping the team improve and take responsibility.
  • Coordinates with other teams and helps the team build relationships with their peers,
    to improve collaboration and effectiveness across the Program.
  • Facilitates preparation for Quarterly Planning and alignment of delivery with other teams
  • Diagnose the agile maturity of teams and the organization.
  • Co-construct tailored support plans (coaching, mentoring, training).
  • Promote agile values and principles at all levels of the organization.
  • Measure the impact of coaching actions (KPIs, feedback, retrospectives).
  • Maintain and improve tracking tools (JIRA, Confluence, Miro).

What you'll bring

- Knowledge and experience of multiple agile methodologies, including Scrum,
Kanban, and Lean.

- A track record of leading great teams, with significant experience managing business stakeholders and a tireless approach to building effective working relationships.

- A thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle and the e-commerce
environment, with a broad interest in technology.

- Imagination and creativity to solve problems, and work with teams to analyse the root causes of issues.

- A passion for coaching individuals and teams to get the best out of people.

- Emerging areas of interest outside of their agile teams, for example facilitating
community of practices or mentoring.
