Job Description

The EasyLiner Product Owner is responsible for managing and developing the tools dedicated to the EasyLiner credit insurance offer (pre-sales portals / back-office tool), ensuring quality, coordinating updates, providing user support, and collaborating across departments and internationally (Group/Coface Entities). You will work closely with the Product Manager in charge of the offer, and with the IT team dedicated to the tools.

You will belong to the 'TCI Clients Interfaces' team within the Group Marketing Department.

Main Responsibilities and Tasks :

• Technical Issues and Quality Management:
  • Identify and solve technical issues related to EasyLiner portals
  • Ensure the quality of updates and necessary configurations on EasyLiner portals

• Product Updates Implementation:
  • Define requirements, prioritize, test, and follow up/resolve bugs
  • Implement available documentation on EasyLiner portals (contracts, NBI, buyer study, etc.)

• User Support and Training:
  • Answer technical support questions
  • Provide documentation related to updates or technical specifics of EasyLiner portals
  • Manage demonstration/presentation sessions of EasyLiner portals to various audiences (partners, local marketing teams, etc.)

• Inter-departmental and International Collaboration:
  • Work closely with various teams/functions (local marketing teams, product manager, business technology, partnership, compliance, commercial, etc.)
  • Participate in HQ project meetings to discuss necessary decisions and alignments concerning the EasyLiner offer
  • Co-organize and lead monthly "EasyLiner Champion Calls" meetings with local marketing and commercial contacts to share updates on product developments and track progress

• Proven experience as Product Owner between 5 to 7 years
• Attention to details
• Good communication skills, both in English and French (written / spoken)
• Team spirit and collaboration
• Proactivity and autonomy
