Job description

Role - Lead Consultant
Technology - SAP BI, Product Management
Location - Toulouse, FR
Compensation - Competitive (including bonus)

Position : Global Product Owner in Procurement domain
Key Responsibilities:
• Product Management & Strategy: Own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of product portfolio, from ideation through productization, launch, and iteration.
• Customer & Market Insights: Analyze customer needs and market trends to inform product development and continuously refine service offerings. Analyzing and translating business needs into long-term data models.
• Service Development & Innovation: Evaluating existing data systems SAP BW & SAP Hana. Work with the development team to create conceptual data models and data flows and monitor the implementation. Lead innovation and drive the integration of BI tools like Qlik Sense and automation for seamless workplace solutions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Provide guidelines and awareness for the procurement community. Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and support the successful launch of new offerings.
• Global Team Leadership: Coordinate with global teams across regions to ensure consistency, quality, and scalability of services delivered to customers worldwide.

What we need to see from you :
• Experience: Multiple years' experience in product management, preferably in the aeronautics and procurement domain. Strong understanding of SAP BW technologies, with functional knowledge of at least one SAP module (SAP MM, SAP FI).
• Agility: Comfortable working in an agile environment with minimum 5 years' experience, with the ability to pivot and adapt to changing market conditions and customer demands (Good knowledge of VersionOne or JIRA tools would be a plus).
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent command of English & French (written and verbal). The ability to present to executive stakeholders and lead discussions with technical and non-technical teams.
• Leadership: Project Management skills in an international environment. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, motivate indirect reports, and collaborate effectively across geographies and business units.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to define and execute product strategies that align with both customer needs and business goals.
