Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Product Manager with at least 5 years of experience in driving digital product development, from ideation to launch.

In this role, you'll build an app for inspectors to check containers, consumer goods, and fresh produce in challenging conditions, ensuring quality throughout the supply chain.

The app must address the critical importance of maintaining quality standards for clients, as supply chain integrity directly impacts their brand reputation, regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction, and ultimately their bottom line.

The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to prioritize features, write clear and detailed PRDs (Product Requirement Documents), and leverage product analytics to make data-driven decisions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Business) to deliver high-impact digital products that enhance user experience and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
  • Prioritization: Manage feature prioritization using frameworks like RICE, MoSCoW, or WSJF to balance user needs, business impact, and technical feasibility.
  • PRD Writing: Create detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and user stories to guide engineering and design teams.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize product analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) to track KPIs, measure performance, and iterate on product improvements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, UX/UI, Marketing, and Sales to ensure seamless product development and go-to-market execution.
  • User Research & Feedback: Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and validate product decisions.
  • Agile Execution: Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor products to identify opportunities for innovation.

Qualifications

In order to succeed in this role, you should have:
  • Master's degree from an Engineering, Business school, or equivalent studies;
  • 5+ years of experience in Digital Product Management with proven track record of writing user stories in tools such as JIRA
  • Strong expertise in prioritization frameworks (e.g., RICE, MoSCoW, Kano Model).
  • Excellent PRD writing and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in product analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, SQL).
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and French (Spanish is a great plus)

Nice to Have:
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI best practices.
  • Familiarity with API integrations and technical product management.
