The Change Manager / Change Lead work to drive faster adoption, reach ultimate utilisation and greater proficiency of the changes that impact employees in the organisation to increase benefit realisation, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes.
You will deliver the results and achievements by stakeholder and project management; solution, process design as well as a robust change plan with a full impact assessment in particular on the Agent Value Proposition Programme.
You will guide local change leads to ensure local transformation is aligned with AVP objectives.
As a Change Manager, your responsibilities will encompass:
- Impact analysis: Impacted population, anticipated impact
- Communications Plan: Creating a comprehensive plan for communicating the change to stakeholders at all levels of the organization (key messages, communication channels, frequency, and targeted audiences to ensure effective and consistent communication throughout the change process)
- Sponsor & Relay Roadmap: Outlining the roles, responsibilities, and actions required from sponsors, relays and key leaders to actively support and champion the change.
- Coaching Plan: Designing a plan for providing coaching and support to managers and leaders who are tasked with implementing the change within their teams.
- Training Plan: Designing and delivering training programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed to adapt to the new processes and systems.
- Resistance Management Plan: Developing a plan to proactively identify, address, and mitigate resistance to the change
Qualifications
• Qualified to minimum degree level or equivalent with additional professional qualification in Change Management
• MS Office including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, MS Project, MS Visio, SharePoint
• Change Management experience. Ability to work in an Agile environment and help to develop the maturity of this concept outside of an IT framework
• Design and delivery of people projects and strategic change. Proven ability successfully manage multiple projects or activitie
• A strong background in operations focused cross-functional project or operational management delivering tangible business value, ideally within the insurance, assistance or financial services sector
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships. Strong stakeholder management experience, including proven ability to establish early credibility, build robust relationships, manage stakeholder expectations, provide sensitive guidance, bring about consensus and resolve conflict
• Excellent communication skills, ability to listen, seek feedback and insights, communicate a clear vision of the future. Confident and fluid communicator, with excellent interpersonal skills and with an evident ability to explain complex concepts clearly, articulate key points out of general ideas, and negotiate successfully at all level
• Ability to influence and deliver through other
• Experience working in an international environment. Adapt to style and cultural difference
• Ability to manage expectations of the stakeholders, users and senior management, challenging wherever necessary unrealistic beliefs but realign and demonstrate feasible outcomes. Solid experience of supporting business leaders in achieving strategic direction and flow, including provision of business analysis and reports to enable clear and focussed decision-making
• English language is critical, other languages are advantageou
• Demonstrate analytical capabilities with ability to manage complex data and statistics to deliver sophisticated outcome
• Hands on approach delivering the change plan. Strongly results-focussed, with evidence of actively driving strategic change, identifying and implementing process improvements, promoting a positive change-led culture and actively supporting best-practice goal
• Evident ability to work at pace through conflicting priorities and with minimal guidance

- Stakeholder Management: Working with workstream leads/ central group to understand and agree the change deliverables from the projects; design a structured methodology and a change strategy.
- Local change coordination: working with local change leads to ensure success of AVP changes in countries.
- Deliverables - Create and adapt to context actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: impact analysis, communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan. Resulting in a robust change management plan

- Support communication and training efforts: Fostering a change-ready culture and mindset within the organization, promoting adaptability, resilience, and a positive approach to change.
