We are looking for a Digital Project Manager to lead andexecute digital campaigns on behalf of our client, CCEP, ensuring seamless implementation and optimal experiences across digital platforms. As the primary liaison between CCEP and external agencies,you will manage digital projects, oversee website content, and handle reporting. This role requires a proactive individual who can strategize, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and oversee agency collaboration to deliver high-quality digital activations. The ideal candidate will have experience in Salesforce CMS, data analysis, and stakeholder communication, with strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and PowerPoint. With a strong operational focus, you will ensure smooth campaign execution, optimize performance, and align all digital initiatives with CCEP's business objectives and marketing goals.

You are an experienced digital marketing professional with a background in campaign coordination or sales enablement. You have a keen eye for detail and thrive in managing end-to-end marketing processes, ensuring seamless execution across multiple channels. Your ability to work with Salesforce CMS and proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas) enable you to analyse performance data effectively, while your expertise in PowerPoint allows you to create compelling presentations that support marketing initiatives.
A strong communicator and project manager, you excel at stakeholder collaboration and have experience working with external agencies to develop high-quality marketing assets, both digital and print. Your multilingual skills in French and English make you an asset in an international environment, allowing you to navigate diverse teams and markets with ease. You are also skilled in developing and managing digital tools for sales teams, coordinating technical briefings, and ensuring engaging social media campaigns with a structured animation calendar.

What you'll do for us? Your main responsibilities
- Coordinate Salesforce CMS campaign setup and execution.
- Work closely with external agencies to develop visuals, marketing materials, and content for Facebook, Instagram, and Salesforce campaigns.
- Ensure smooth execution of campaigns and extract and analyse campaign performance data using Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.).
- Prepare monthly reports and track sales quotas, ensuring timely data extraction and follow-ups.
- Oversee the website while managing new tool developments and template updates with agencies.
- Ensure the successful deployment of templates and other marketing materials.
- Manage and develop digital tools for CCEP's field sales teams, ensuring smooth internal and external interactions.
- Coordinate technical and UX briefings for the development of new digital tools.
- Create and animate social media campaigns, including an animation calendar and the development of unique visuals (digitally created or through photo shoots).
- Organize monthly meetings with digital ambassadors from the field to gather insights and drive engagement.
- Analyse performance metrics and KPI reporting to optimize digital initiatives.
- Serve as the main point of contact between internal teams, external agencies, and stakeholders.
- Manage print and digital marketing assets in collaboration with agencies.
- Develop PowerPoint slides and marketing visuals to support campaigns.
- Work on PLV (Point-of-Sale Advertising) with agencies and manage ongoing template updates and process optimizations.
