Job Description
Digital Sales Protective Packaging - Permanent contract, based in Epernon.
What does a Digital Sales do ? Why you ?
Directly responsible to manage Tier 5 customers assigned, contacting them remotely and tracking their consumption, apart from developing new business using Cross, up, acquire and promo sales.
Where MySEE is available must ensure these customers are using the tools available to manage the business online.
Holds discussions when required with customers via phone and virtual online tools to investigate new opportunities.
Following up on customer questions and new application inquiries quickly and efficiently, ensures customer satisfaction/retention with Sealed Air.
Support the analysis of changes in consumption behaviors for customers becoming dormant or with abnormal demand avoiding churn; and support the communication with customers for SEE Essential products distributing monthly price list or any other campaign agreed.
Lead generation through data provide using of Artificial Intelligence using program as ZoomInfo. Linked to specific campaign the team will be responsible to contact possible customers to understand if our product offer fits their processes and needs.
Experience & Skills
• Tertiary degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong knowledge or experience with SAP and O365 tools
• Fluent in English as a business language - written and verbal
• Strong knowledge of Sealed Air product offerings preferred
• Demonstrated competency - in previous Sealed Air roles - in the company's core leadership framework: setting direction, meeting commitments, leading people and winning together.
• 3+ years relevant working experience in Sales, IS, Supply Chain or Customer Service, Sealed Air experience preferred.
