Descriptif du poste

As a Digital Associate Creative Director, you will work closely with the Creative Director and lead the creation and supervision of UI/UX projects for prestigious brands. You will play a key role in defining strategic directions, driving digital innovation, and ensuring excellence in design execution, while mentoring and managing the creative team.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Innovation
  • Define and enhance the agency's digital design offering, integrating innovative methodologies (AI, eco-design, agile methods).
  • Contribute to the UI/UX strategic vision in collaboration with the leadership team.
  • Ensure alignment between brand strategy, visual identity, and creative direction.
  • Advocate for design and user experience best practices, sharing insights through internal and external presentations.
  • Conduct creative research and trend analysis to enhance digital experiences and drive business transformation.

Design Excellence & Creative Supervision
  • Guarantee top-tier creative quality for all digital products, both internally and for clients.
  • Lead Experience Design projects from strategy to execution, leveraging Figma for prototyping, design systems, and project organization.
  • Collaborate with UX, development, data, and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Oversee digital production, ensuring consistency with brand identity.
  • Accurately estimate design and production efforts, ensuring efficient workflow management.
  • Leverage AI tools for creative ideation, automation, and user experience personalization to push the boundaries of digital design.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools to enhance digital design workflows and outputs.

Client Relations & Business Development
  • Support the leadership team and account managers in handling strategic and high-potential clients.
  • Design and facilitate co-creation and ideation workshops using agile methodologies.
  • Lead pitches and digital experience design proposals, from strategic vision to visual production.
  • Present creative work to clients, confidently defending and articulating design choices.

Team Leadership & Organization
    • Manage and mentor the UI/UX team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
    • Organize one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and skill development programs (e.g., Figma, AI, motion design training).
    • Streamline workflow and workload distribution, ensuring agile and efficient project execution.
    • Contribute to agency culture, advocating for best design practices and fostering collaboration across teams.
    • Build and nurture an external network of partners (schools, freelancers, agencies, clients) to enhance the agency's visibility.

Qualifications

  • 6 to 10 years of experience as a Digital Art Director.
  • Strong visual, graphic, and interactive design expertise, with advanced proficiency in Figma (design systems, prototyping) and Adobe Suite.
  • Skills in motion design, animated prototyping, or video editing are a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive and innovative, with the ability to simplify complex design challenges.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently defend design choices to clients.
  • Fluent in English for presentations, pitches, and international collaborations.
  • Deep understanding of digital trends, including animations, interactions, and AI in design.
