Our customer is a company specialized in Data Analytics and Donor Database Management. They provide their customers with solutions to manage its databases (donors, alumni, major donors, etc.), manage its operations, analyse its results, monitor its collection and anticipate all offline and online relationships and transactions of its contacts.

Job Summary
• Privileged interlocutor of key accounts in their daily operations and development projects
• Ensuring continuity of services without interruption of service
• Maintain up-to-date documentation.
Responsibilities & Duties
The candidate must have master's degree from a reputed university.
Customer follow-up
• Lead COPIL assigned Key Account customers
• Track, prioritize, process, or assign customer requests
• Quantify all new development or evolution requests for quotes
Project Mode
• Organize recipes on deliverables
• Writing of documentation for developers and regular updating of customer documents
• Drafting of technical specifications for all subjects related to Operations and more particularly on: Accounting interface, GDPR, Reporting, Operating chain
Migration: Participate in migrations on Exploitation topics
• Migration: Recipes for stream imports before production and automation
Continuous improvements
• Ensure that the operating schedule is kept properly and report any delay.
• Ensure the regular transmission of all in-house developments and documentation
