YOUR ROLE

Within the Tech Delivery and IT department in the regions, you will be project manager for the digital employee experience. This program aims to digitally transform the way we work and to encourage the adoption of innovative tools within the CMA CGM Group.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?

As professionals and individuals, we are faced with increasing innovation and rapid transformation thanks to new technologies. For example, we have rapidly adopted more digital and collaborative ways of working thanks to new technologies (generative AI, VR, XR...).

Within the Tech Delivery and IT organization in the regions, we are committed to bringing the best of these technologies to serve our group's digital ambition and improve employees' work experience.

As a Project Manager within the Tech Delivery organization, you will manage and structure a digital portfolio for employees with 360° digital solutions:

  • Standard digital applications based on collaboration tools (software publishers or in-house development) for various internal functions (Training, Administration, General Services, HR, Media, other Group subsidiaries, etc.),
  • All relevant solutions responding to business needs and improving employee experience, such as generative AI,
  • Digital solutions for connected buildings (mobile applications, robots, VR/XR experiences),
  • Digital audit during the acquisition of new entities (assessment, digitalization roadmap, etc.),
  • Development or integration of digital solutions for flight crews or operational staff (hardware deployment, digital solutions for daily operations, etc.).
  • You must also be able to steer the internal processes required for production launch, in liaison with the other teams in the Information Systems department (cybersecurity, cloud and operations).

LIST OF ACTIVITIES :

As Project Manager for this program, you will be responsible for the following activities:

Digital solutions

Identify, design and develop digital solutions based on business needs identified using UX methodology, with the support of UX/UI designers.
Solutions can cover all digital topics: from hardware to low-code or standard web applications, or AI solutions,
You may be assisted by external service providers and employees throughout the program. You will supervise these service providers and guarantee deliverables.

Program management

Manage the portfolio, roadmap and budget of your various initiatives,
Structure the portfolio by departments and capabilities,
Manage KPIs and priorities,
Provide executive reporting on your projects.

Internal development

Monitor the progress of ongoing projects and ensure that deadlines are met according to business needs,
Implement/improve processes to increase the efficiency of current or future projects,
Identify opportunities to develop new projects based on future needs and expectations.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in managing digital projects and transformation programs,
  • Ability to adapt to an international and multicultural environment
  • Fluency in English,
  • Master's degree,
  • Mastery of Pack Office,
  • Good knowledge of O365 tools,
  • Knowledge of innovative digital solutions, generative AI, low code.
