Under the IT Operations department and Head of Network and Telecom, the IT Network Product Owner is responsible for Network across all branch offices and vessels.
THE ROLE
Ownership of LAN/WiFi and Network Infrastructure Solutions: Ensure the effective management and optimization of network infrastructures, including LAN and WiFi, across all branch offices, sites, vessels.
Product Line Roadmap Development: Define and maintain the strategic roadmap for network-related products and solutions, aligning with business objectives and technology advancements.
Project Management and Delivery: Oversee branch network projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.
Innovation and Technology Leadership: Lead initiatives to drive technological innovation, staying ahead with emerging technologies and trends to enhance network performance and capabilities.
DevOps Implementation: Establish and manage DevOps practices tailored to agency operations, enhancing automation, integration, and deployment processes.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO
Strong Involvement in current and future Branch Network projects
High-Level Design and Migration strategy definition
Business needs and request qualifications
Obsolescence, capacity and vulnerabilities management
Configuration Audit and Continuous Improvement Plan management
Critical incidents and problems management: technical analysis, coordination in incident resolution, RCA
TECHNICAL ENVIRONMENT:
LAN/WIFI (Switching/Routing/Segmentation/Guest): Cisco Meraki
Firewall: Checkpoint, Fortinet
DDI: EfficientIP, Netbox
Monitoring, Alerting and Log Management: Icinga, Grafana, ELK
Automation & Orchestration: Ansible, Terraform, GitLab, Jenkins, ...
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
Degree in IT or equivalent.
Over 8 years of experience in Production and Operations.
Strong network technical skills required.
Good understanding of information systems, application layers, servers, virtualization, and Cloud appreciated.
MINDSET
