We are recruiting a Total Quality Management System Manager (H/F) within the Quality Management Systeme and SQA team. This position is based in La Madeleine (Lille).

Under the responsibility of the Head of Global Quality Management System, the Total Quality Management System Manager's main role is to :
  • Work together with Sales and Customer Quality departments in GBU to guarantee the Customer satisfaction and ensure the best customer service Quality.
  • Contribute actively to the Group Quality strategy, policy and standards definition.
  • Establish and improve continuously the Roquette Total Quality standards and processes for customer management.
  • Manage the Global Customer Processes: Complaints, Audits, Quality requests, Waivers & NRM
  • And is the Quality representative for Global projects related to Customers (ie : Sales Policy, Distribution management etc..)

Your main missions will be to :
  • BPM for global processes : Complaints, Audits, Quality requests, Waivers. Manage the BPM for NRM. Work with the PEO for the process standards management.
  • Animate the Global Customer Quality Network, standardize the processes, develop & manage Global Customer Quality standards, KPI's and tools.
  • Work together with Sales team & Quality Customer Teams to implement, audit, develop and improve processes within Roquette to better serve our customers. Support internal communication about our customers in order to empower people and to embed the Customer Quality Culture. Coordinate working groups related to Customer quality topics & projects (WebPortal, Segmentation Team).
  • Create training & train for her/his processes.
  • Define roadmap / governance and impovements for global tools with her / his team on SDOL / RMQ / Total Quality Academy / ONEdoc (incl CAPA)
  • Interact regularly with all departments related to commercial perimeter (Sales Excellence, GBU, Customer care and marketing, Operational Quality, Quality Control, & Regulatory Affairs).
  • Organize and animate monthly global routines (Quality connect / Monthly meeting with region). Ensure Quality reports consistency and relevance.

In order to ensure Quality is a key differentiator for Roquette's customers and develop the Total Quality Culture within Roquette.

Business Trips (Percentage): Less than 10% including international trips.

  • MS or MBA or Engineer degree
  • Quality or Sales background with at least 5 to 10 years of professional experience acquired mainly in process, food and pharma industries.
  • Strong knowledge of Customer Quality management system
  • Good knowledge in Quality for Pharma and Food industries
  • And because we are an international company... you are fluent in English.
