Job Challenges

The finance team at Worldia is looking for a Financial Controller. In this role, you will work closely with the CFO, who promotes autonomy and initiative-taking, and you will have a significant impact.

Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting the CFO with all management control tasks and financial analysis requests.
  • Monitoring and analyzing billing, sales, margins, HR costs, and other expenses up to the net result.
  • Working on actual data, budgets, and budget revisions (reforecast).
  • Contributing to Worldia group reports and reporting for the board of directors

What we are looking for:

Required Skills:
  • Approximately 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting (Cash Flow, P&L, etc.).
  • Familiarity with financial reporting software (e.g., Power BI, SQL, etc.) would be a plus.
  • Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good level of English.
  • Experience in an international startup would be a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Leadership qualities and a proactive attitude
