Notre client est une banque privée internationale regroupant 3 000 Collaborateurs. Il s'agit d'un environnement en fort développement qui donne lieu à beaucoup de projets stratégiques et structurant qui impactent les métiers (banque privée, la gestion d'actifs, la banque d'investissement).

Within the Group's IT Department (300 people), you will directly report to the Head of IT Business Services.

The headquaters is currently based in Saarbrücken (Germany).

Au sein du Département des Systèmes d'Information du Groupe ODDO BHF, vous serez directement rattaché au Responsable des Services aux Entreprises.

Within the Information Systems Department of Oddo BHF Group, you will directly reporting to the Head of Business Services, your main missions will be to :

• Unify the Project Management Process,
• Support Project Implementation,
• Provide a consolidated view of all projects,
• Follow up the Portfolio Management, budget and Governance,
• Collaborate with different stakeholders to define, prioritize and develop,
• Release management,
• Management of test campaigns,
• Test environments, manage all necessary communications and test meetings, prioritize incidents.

This position combining operational and project management will allow you to develop your skills in an entrepreneurial and international context. Due to the regular activity of the department, several trips to France and Tunisia are to be expected during the year.

• Vous avez au moins une première expérience en gestion de projet,
• You are rigorous, dynamic, organized, autonomous, reactive, adaptable, solution-oriented and tenacious,
• You have excellent interpersonal skills, a great sense of service and enjoy working in a team,
• You know the JIRA tool as well as Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, VBA...),
• Fluent in german and english, french is a plus.
