What You'll Do
As our Digital Projects & Data Intelligence Manager you'll play a critical role in designing and executing the digital roadmap for Europe Procurement (EP). You'll collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to innovate and enhance our procurement processes through data-driven solutions. Your expertise will help push the boundaries of digital procurement, transforming complex data into meaningful insights that drive smarter business decisions.
- Shape the Future: Lead the design, enhancement, and implementation of digital tools and data intelligence solutions across EP.
- Drive Innovation: Analyze new digital functionalities, improve UX, and propose powerful, cutting-edge solutions that make our data work smarter.
- Increase efficiency: Analyze processes with the stakeholders and identify efficiency levers through digital / data intelligence solutions
- Collaborate & Influence: Work closely with top management and all stakeholders to align business objectives with the latest digital solutions and trends and the Group's digital strategy.
- Lead with Impact : Manage and develop a talented team of digital project specialists, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and innovation.
What You'll Lead
- Digital Transformation : Drive the deployment of next-gen procurement tools like e-sourcing, SRM, and more.
- Training & Empowerment: Equip teams with the knowledge to leverage these tools, maximizing efficiency and results.
- - Continuous Improvement : Ensure the evolution of our digital landscape by identifying opportunities for process optimization and innovation.
- - Team Leadership : Guide and inspire your team, nurturing talent and encouraging high performance.
- Digital Projects: Manage or contribute to large scale digital (group) projects
What We're Looking For
- Strategic Thinker: You can see the big picture while also paying attention to the finer details.
- Innovator: You stay ahead of the curve on digital trends and are always looking for ways to improve and innovate.
- Implementer: You have a proven track record of putting digital projects and solutions from the paper into practice
- Communicator: You easily identify and involve stakeholders at the right level and embark them on the digital journey. You are able to structure complex issues as well as to translate those into target-group oriented (e.g. management, operations) information & presentation
- Team Leader: You're a natural at guiding and motivating teams, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Tech-Savvy: You have a strong understanding of procurement systems, digital tools, and data intelligence platforms.

Etes-vous LA personne faite pour ce poste ?
- Master Degree, with at least 7-8 years experience in Procurement, Digital, Information Systems,
- Proven track record in Project Management (methods) & experience in IS/IT/Digital solutions,
- Process oriented, knowledge of sourcing and procurement processes is an asset,
- Knowledge of IT tools & digital technologies, ERP systems, preferably SAP 4 Hana & Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an asset,
- Cost Management,
- Communication & Internal Customer Orientation,
- Decision making, performance & results orientation,
- Innovation & Flexibility, strategic thinking,
- Ability to lead a partially off-site team, including appropriate delegation of multi-disciplinary tasks,
- Team Working,
- Strong interface management (non-IT) & people skills,strong analytical skills & structured work style, highly organized and pragmatic / hands-on mentality,
- Fluent in English, good level of French.
