The Product Solutions and Operations (PSO) team's goal is to help businesses have seamless experiences with our advertising solutions, by crafting activations to push our most strategic ad solutions to market and identifying key product needs from our biggest clients. We're a global team with regional hubs in Singapore, China, Israel, London, Milan, Madrid and multiple US locations.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will lead go-to-market for advertising solutions in France and Benelux. Sitting as part of the Product Solutions & Operations (PSO) team, you will collaborate closely with in-market sales, headquarter product and local product marketing teams in a high growth environment. An ability to self-motivate, prioritise and influence partners are key skills. As the successful candidate, you must have experience working in digital marketing/media. This is a full-time position.

As part of this role, you will:
- Own products GTM and adoption for all of TikTok's advertising solutions, across the French Apps & Services team and the Benelux market.
- Become the in-market vertical expert by partnering closely with sales team to deeply understand customer pain points, vertical needs and business requirements
- Ensure a market-first approach is taken in all go-to-market, identify opportunities to make vertical-based recommendations, and scale these across the sales team
- Collaborate with XFN teams to generate full funnel vertical strategies which would include narratives, solutions packages and product recommendations
- Develop sales education strategy and partner closely with subject matter experts in the sales org to ensure a high standard of product knowledge
- Develop and execute in-market programs and initiatives to grow product adoption and partner with a range of cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution against this strategy
- Act as the voice of the market in product, synthesise market insights and collaborate with product and global/regional teams to identify solutions

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:
- Extensive experience working within media in a marketing or product marketing capacity.
- Strong knowledge of media sales and marketing processes
- Strong knowledge in app performance
- Strong knowledge of the local market across verticals and agencies

Preferred Qualifications:
- Holistic media background with experience across the full-funnel (Branding & Performance)
- A fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change.
- Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills.
- Customer service orientation and experience working in a client facing capacity
- A commercial mindset with a history of delivering against stretching performance goals.
