Job Description

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Content Management: Building up and maintaining structure and layout of the platform, creating experiences, homepages, pages, uploading new content, expiring, removing, content audit. Anticipate the B2B marketing content, ensuring relevant assets are available for the sales team, as well as content is updated appropriately. Form the glue between sales team and content creators. In case there is a dedicated
team that owns content, collaborating regularly to map and collect the required content.
- Create Pages: Creating visually appealing landing pages with groups of content around topic or audience to use them by sales teams.
- Users' management: License management and invoicing coordination. Review usage reports and anticipate any upcoming sales team growth/decrease. Creating user groups, users onboarding, transboarding, offboarding. Train sales team on the existing enablement platform and content. Support sales teams in finding the right content and assets. Serve as the central point of contact for sales enablement platform within the team and acting as main contact between showpad and Accor hubs.
- Design, Create, Support, Monitor Games: Identification of the theme and focus of the gamification campaign in coordination with the Sales leaders. Developing and creating a challenge/game within the Gamification platform to launch a specific campaign. Work with legal team on T&C for gamification campaigns.
- Measure: Measure the adoption of sales enablement tools in terms of usage, sharing (both quantitative and qualitative), and analyze and report on sales enablement metrics to evaluate their impact on sales team performance. Make necessary recommendations to optimize sales enablement strategies based on the gathered insights. Create report to measure the KPIs of the content views and ROIs of the GAMES when needed. Report the baseline metrics on how the tool is adopted and how the content is accepted. Maintain sales enablement platform adoption strategy, including surveys, ambassadors' calls, regularly synchronize with sales leadership to provide feedback.
- Communicate:
Communicate to the Sales team all the ongoing news on b2b marketing campaigns and latest content internally and externally.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATION / COMPETENCIES:
Sales or Tourism degree
Knowledge or courses on Communication/internal communication
Knowledgeable of Sales B2B segments
Internal (ENA SALES/Global), and External (Client) environment understanding
Good communication skills in writing and spoken
Fluent level of English spoken & written - additional language is a plus
Excellent organization skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Digital native able to understand the back office of technical platforms.
Team worker with good communication skill to persuade.
Knowledgeable of B2B sales segments and ecosystem.

Use of technical platforms to upload content for Marketing and Hospitality ecosystem (Wordpress, Showpad, Anais, Cvent, ..
