AXA Group Security, as part of AXA GO, defines the security strategy, standards and provides assurance to the Group on the security maturity of all entities across AXA. In its role, it also supports our professional family in entities in maintaining their security posture and respond and coordinate responses to crisis.

• Secure: Secure the business of today and tomorrow, by increasing security effectiveness on a risk-based approach for all entities.

The Cyber Defense Project Management team is in charge of managing and delivering the Security projects and Programs related to the Cyber Defense product
Our missions are to:
• Build new security products in order to provide capabilities allowing to reduce AXA IT security risk
• Deploy our security products within AXA Group Operations and to our AXA entities in alignment with the AXA security strategy
• Enhance our security products in alignment with our product roadmaps to maintain and improve our security capabilities and our operational efficiency
POSITION MAIN ACTIVITIES
Scope: Worldwide
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating the Scrum process, coaching the team on Agile principles and practices, and removing any impediments that hinder the team's progress. The Scrum Master will work closely with the Product Owner and the development team to ensure effective communication and collaboration. They will also be responsible for organizing and facilitating Scrum ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. The Scrum Master will play a key role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and helping the team reach their full potential. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
1. Facilitating the daily stand-up meeting to ensure team alignment and progress tracking.
2. Removing any obstacles or impediments that may affect the team's productivity and progress.
3. Coaching and mentoring the team on Agile principles and Scrum practices.
4. Working closely with the Product Owner to manage the product backlog and prioritize tasks.
5. Organizing and facilitating sprint planning meetings to define the work to be done in the upcoming sprint.
6. Encouraging and enabling collaboration and communication within the team and across stakeholders.
7. Monitoring the team's adherence to Scrum practices and helping them continuously improve their processes.
8. Conducting retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance team performance.
9. Actively participating in relevant meetings and discussions to provide guidance and support to the team.
10. Supporting the team in maintaining a high level of motivation and engagement while promoting a positive team culture.
Qualifications
PROFILE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Experience
1. Strong understanding of Agile principles and the Scrum framework.
2. Previous experience working as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
4. Proven ability to facilitate and coach teams in Agile practices and ceremonies.
5. Problem-solving skills to identify and address impediments that hinder the team's progress.
6. Leadership and conflict resolution abilities to guide the team and resolve conflicts effectively.
7. Knowledge of software development processes and methodologies.
8. Experience in managing product backlogs and sprint planning activities.
9. Continuous improvement mindset and the ability to foster a culture of learning and innovation within the team.
10. Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) are often preferred.
Qualification
Education
- BS/MS Business Administration, Project management, Computer Science, or relevant Engineering Degree
Certification
- Project management certification (PMI, PMI-ACP, Prince 2, ...)
- Agile methodology (e.g. SCRUM or equivalent) is an advantage
- Process improvement certification (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma) is an advantage
Overall work experience in the field
- Experience in Scrum methodology > 4 years
- Experience in working with international ressources > 4 year
- Experience in Information Security field is a plu
Language
- Fluent in English is a necessity (including technical Information security English)
- French is a plu
