• Mission : The service holder will be in charge of providing Topsides management services within the FPSO Team.

Activities

1. Adopt and demonstrate exemplary behavior regarding H3SE rules, requirements, and training within your area of responsibility.
2. Adhere to the Company Ethics and "Code of Conduct" policy and enforce the Anti-Corruption Program within the Project.
3. Be informed of applicable Topsides-related Company Rules and Specifications, international norms, and standards for the Venus FPSO Topsides.
4. Manage studies or surveys required for Topsides engineering, construction, fabrication, testing, and installation in coordination with the FPSO team.
5. Develop and maintain technical documentation related to the FPSO Topsides and support Project Management documents.
6. Review and validate FPSO Topsides documentation from contractors, ensuring engineering, fabrication, construction, testing, qualification, pre-commissioning, and commissioning aspects are addressed.
7. Ensure HSE&Q issues are addressed in all FPSO Topsides documentation, and raise concerns about deviations or unjustified design choices.
8. Act as the technical referent for contractors, coordinating Topsides activities and supporting personnel in their roles and objectives.
9. Liaise with other Package teams (SURF, SPS, etc.) to resolve Interface matters.
10. Participate in project reviews as requested by the Company's referential.
11. Ensure safe working practices within the team and participate in the HSE continuous improvement program.
12. Report adequately and timely to the FPSO Manager with consolidation reports and presentations.
13. Assist the FPSO Manager with aspects of the Call For Tender, Clarification, and evaluation process.
14. Participate in CFT clarification meetings and follow-up activities.
15. Help prepare the RTA in coordination with the FPSO team.
16. Utilize lessons learned from similar projects for the Project.

Requirements
• Qualification: Good experience in engineering for similar type of project and experience in studies and execution phases of large offshore oil & gas projects,
• Languages: English and French
• Professional Experience: at least 15 years of Experience
• Experience within project: at least 10 years of experience in large offshore oil & gas projects
