We are looking for our new US and Caribbean technical project manager, as we expand intothe US market.

You will be joining a leading global player in the hydrogen industry, dedicatedto developing large-scale hydrogen infrastructure and advanced multi-megawatt fuel celltechnology.

Key Responsibilities Project Structuring
o During the first phases of development of project (pre-construction), leverage
internal knowledge and resources to structure hydrogen renewable energy
projects in the US and the Caribbean.
o Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
o Identify critical points and mitigation plan.
Tender Response:
o Prepare and respond to tenders and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for
renewable energy projects.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and
ensure timely submission of high-quality proposals.
Simulation and Sensitivity Analysis:
o Perform detailed simulations and sensitivity analyses to evaluate the feasibility
and performance of renewable energy projects.
o Use advanced software tools to model various scenarios.
Documentation and Reporting:
o Produce clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation and reports.
o Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders at all
levels.
Multicultural Collaboration:
o Work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment, fostering strong
relationships with team members and external partners.
o Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and adaptability in diverse work settings.

Qualifications:

o Master's degree from a top university in STEM, ideally with an electrical
background
o 2 to 3 years of experience in renewable energy project development or a similar
field.
o Excellent writing and communication skills.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
o Proficiency in simulation software and tools used in renewable energy projects.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o Solution-driven mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.

Requirements

oFrench fluency is a plus
