Join our Center of Shared Services Learning & Development (CSP L&D) team in France as a Talent and Development Project Manager. Your primary role will be to coordinate, upskill, and provide expertise in performance management and talent development across our three French affiliates. You will drive a high-performance culture, enhance employee experience, and support career development by managing the talent and performance cycle, ensuring the best adoption of our Group Talent Marketplace (Horizons).

Your primary role will be to coordinate, upskill, and provide expertise in performance management and talent development across our three French affiliates. You will drive a high-performance culture, enhance employee experience, and support career development by managing the talent and performance cycle, ensuring the best adoption of our Group Talent Marketplace (Horizons).
Key Responsibilities:
Coordination of Talent Processes:
- Partner with Pernod Ricard Global Talent Management Team to integrate talent development approaches and share best practices.
- Drive and coordinate the annual talent plan and Group resource toolkit to support HR and line managers.
- Administer the internal HR performance cycle (Let's Talk Talent).
- Communicate the annual performance and talent calendar effectively.
- Plan and conduct training sessions for managers and employees on relevant processes in collaboration with HRBP.
- Ensure all processes are embedded within our three affiliates.
- Maintain and complete all Talent & Development related data in Workday.
Group Talent Marketplace (Horizons):
- Manage the launch and adoption of Horizons in France.
- Ensure strong HR, manager, and employee adoption by creating processes, frameworks, and communities around the tool.
- Define and monitor KPIs.
- Share best practices with GTM and other affiliates, positioning France as best in class.
- Act as the key contact for the Group, cascading updates and providing feedback on local needs.
Training & Support to HRBPs:
- Train, support, and upskill the HRBP community on talent performance and development.
- Ensure alignment on HRBPs roles and responsibilities.
Budget Management:
- Manage the budget for talent and development related projects.
Perimeter:
- Travel: Occasionally within France.
Key Stakeholders:
- Internal/External: Global Talent Management Team, HR Transfo, PR University, HRBP, Managers.
- Interaction Types: Presentation, training, influence, reporting.
KPIs for Success:
- Adoption of career and development tools.
- Harmonization and fluidity of processes.
- Quality of relationships with key stakeholders.
- Feedback from stakeholders.
- Value and perception of services provided to the HR community.
- Completion rates and adherence to deadlines for HR Cycle processes.
Required Experience and Skills:
- Education: Bac+4/5.
- Professional Experience: 4-5 years.
- Technical Skills: Project Management, active listening, capacity to challenge, autonomy, relationship management, rigor, curiosity, facilitation skills, good training skills, business and results oriented, Talent Management and talent development.
- Languages: Fluent in English and French.
- Tools: Pack Office, Workday.
